Terms and Conditions:

• No credits will be accepted unless returned within 14 days of the invoice date.
• Items specially ordered cannot be returned for credit.
• All items purchased from Smith and Smith are made pursuant to a postal contract. This means that the risk of loss or damage for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier, Australia Post or designated courier.
• Goods correctly sent against back-ordered items cannot be returned for credit.
• Cancellation of back-ordered items must be sent ( email, fax or in writing ) before goods are shipped.
• Due to the fluctuating dollar, prices are subject to change without notice.
